NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT OF COACHES
INCLUDING FROM OLYMPIANS

Sports Authority of India (SAI), invites applications from ELIGIBLE CITIZENS OF
INDIA for filling up the 200 posts (General-101, SC–30, ST–15 & OBC–54) of Coach Grade-
III in the Pay Band- 2 Rs.9300-34,800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/- at its various Regional
Centres / Sub-Centres / Training Centres spread all over India as per details  Click Here

Age Limit
30 years. [for category 3(a) and (b) above] as on 15.10.2012
30 years on the date of application for category 3(c) above.

APPLICATION FEE (Non-refundable)
Candidates will have to pay along with his application a non-refundable application
fee of Rs.500/- by Demand Draft only in favour of ‘SECRETARY, SPORTS AUTHORITY
OF INDIA’ payable at New Delhi.

HOW TO APPLY

 Candidates satisfying all the conditions of eligibility shall submit their Application in
the format given in the Annexure which shall be either hand-written in bold capitals or
typewritten on A-4 size paper only. The copy of the Certificate in proof of age,
educational & professional qualification, experience, research, caste and sports
participation etc., must be enclosed with the application form. The candidates can
also download the application format from the websites of SAI, NIS & MYA&S,
i.e., www.sportsauthorityofindia.nic.in, www.nsnis.org & www.yas.nic.in


LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS

10.1 Last date for receipt of application form complete in all respect together with demand
draft towards application fees for category 3(a) and 3(b) is upto 5.00 P.M. on
15.10.2012 and in respect of the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya,
Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu &
Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District & Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of
Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep or abroad, the last
date for receipt of applications is 22.10.2012 till 5.00 P.M. only. Applications for
category 3(c) can be made on a continuing basis.
