The Company has its production units located in the States of Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. A) Graduate in Engineering in Mining Engineering
OR
B)
i) Foreman ‘s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous mines (Unrestricted)
ii) Valid First Aid Certificate.
iii) Diploma in Mining Engg. , with 2 years experience in large underground metalliferous Mines.
OR
C)
i) Foreman ‘s Certificate of Competency for Metalliferous mines (Unrestricted)
ii) Valid First Aid Certificate.
iii) Matric with 4 years experience in large underground metalliferous mines out of which atleast one year in supervisory capacity.
Planning and coordination abilities, initiative, leadership and good control over labour essential.
18 to 40 years
General Conditions :-
i) Age: Maximum age limit for the post is 40 years as on 31/10/2012 i.e. the last date of submission of application
ii) Age Relaxation will be given for SC & ST candidate for 5 Years & for OBC candidates 3 years as per Govt. Rules.
iii) Traveling allowance shall be admissible (2nd class sleeper) /Bus fare as per rules to the place of interview/written test for shortest route on submission of ticket/money receipt. Traveling allowance will be admissible only to those candidates who fulfill the requirement as per this circular.
iv) In addition to the scale of pay, other benefits admissible viz. D.A., Accommodation
subject to availability, free medical treatment for self and family, Provident Fund,
Gratuity, Group Insurance, Contributory Pension under EPF, etc . according to
Company’s Rule
v) Application received after due date or incomplete in any form will be summarily
rejected for which no correspondence will be made.
vi) Those employed in Govt./Semi Govt/Public Sector Organization should apply through
proper channel or submit the NOC of department concerned at the time of Test/
Interview.
vii) Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
viii) Mere fulfilling of education and other qualifications alone will not entitle the
candidates to be called for interview/written test as the case may be.
ix) If a large number of applications are received only those candidates, who are short
listed on the basis of higher qualification or experience or written test shall be
considered for interview. HCL reserve the right to fill up all posts or alter the
number of posts or even cancel the whole process of requirement without
assigning any reason thereof.
x) Training period will not be considered as experience.

passport size photo duly attested, certificate confirming SC/ST/OBC status as the case may be
from the Competent Authority.
