Remuneration:
Candidates will be appointed in the scale of pay as indicated above.
Besides Basic Pay, Variable DA, Company Accommodation / HRA, PF, Gratuity &
Performance related pay (PRP), candidates will be eligible for perquisites and
allowances under the cafeteria system limited to the following percentage of Basic Pay.

Application Fee

· Application fee Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only), which is non-refundable
(exempted in the case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) is to be paid. Candidates are
required to pay Bank Commission of Rs.25/- per challan for depositing fee at any
of the SBI Branches. Candidates paying application fee at SBI need to pay
Rs.425/- (Application fee of Rs. 400 + Bank commission of Rs.25).

· Application fee is to be deposited in the “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited –
Recruitment Account” bearing number 30969511830 at any of the core
banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan and a Journal
Number be obtained. No other form of payment is accepted. Format of the
Challan can be downloaded by clicking here.

· Candidates are required to provide details of the Application Fee paid in the
Application Form. If the details are not provided, the application will be treated
as incomplete and will not be accepted;

· Applications fee can be deposited till the last date for receipt of applications;
· Application fee once deposited into Company’s account will not be refunded under
any circumstances, even if the candidate is unable to forward the application or
due to being ineligible at the time of applying or rejection of application due to
postal delay/loss. Therefore, before depositing the application fee, candidates
should ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria;

· Candidates should forward original counterfoil of the Challan (HAL copy) along
with the Application Form. Photo copy / Xerox copy of the challan will not be
accepted. In such case, the candidature will be rejected and the application fee
will not be refunded.

· The candidate should retain original counterfoil of the Challan (Candidate’s copy)
for future reference.
